You will collect the dress on the date you’ve selected when booking – return the next day evening.

Automatic time is set to 9 am for collection and return the next day by 8 pm – however, if you need a different time, please get in touch to arrange:

Yes, shipping can be arranged for an additional cost (Canada wide only). Please send a request with your address details to:

Please do not clean the dress. Dirt, wear and small damages are expected and I will take care of it.

If the dress is damaged and requires serious repairs, you may be charged to cover the expense.

Yes, most of the dresses are ok to use in water, unless it is very clearly stated that it cannot be.

Please be careful around the fire – especially with the floaty skirts as they are very heat sensitive.

A 24 hr cancellation is required for the full refund – this only applies for in-person pickup.

You will receive a reminder about your booking a few days before, if there is no show on the day, your card will be charged. 

For shipping rentals, 10-day cancelation is required.

A late charge is $35 a day up to 7 days if products are not returned in a timely manner.

If a product is not returned within 7 days, the full product value ($400 CAD)  fee will be charged to the credit card.

Please use it with respect, and treat it as a piece of artwork. 

Understandably, photoshoots can go to some wild lengths sometimes,  immersion in water is permitted for most dresses (unless stated otherwise in the description), and some dirt or small rips are expected,  but please do not use it in mudslides, active volcanoes, zombie apocalypses, and such extremes. However, if the dress is damaged and needs serious repairs, a repair fee will be issued, based on the amount of damage. 

Each dress is made from different material, so care instructions will be attached to each dress.

No, EveRi Design Studio operates by appointment only. Please make an appointment via this form.

Likely not, it requires special machinery, unless it is soft and thin leather, however, it’s always best to ask.

If the order is placed locally, a local pick-up can be arranged – just pick that option at the checkout, under ‘shipping’.

Standard 5-10 business days shipping. Parcels will be sent as tracked. 


– For an oversized look, choose one size up.

– If you want the ‘boyfriend’ fit, choose two sizes up.


– Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the wrong or damaged item reaches the customer.

– Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

– Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

– Customer covers return shipping costs unless it is the seller’s mistake.
